Etihad Museum
Vibrant and atmospheric, the ‘Ramadan Nights at the Etihad Museum’ is scheduled for the evenings of Friday, the 15th, and Saturday, the 16th of March, from 8 PM to 12 AM, and will take place in the Etihad Museum garden. This event is FREE to attend.
Inspired by the UAE’s Lunar Mission 2024, we will celebrate the first weekend of Ramadan with festivities revolving around the significance of our moon, reflecting on the Arab world’s technological achievements and the night sky as a guiding force.
Activities revolve around experiencing the moon and cater to both adults and children, with collaboration with the Dubai Astronomy Group, Gulf Photo Plus, and more. Themed activities include planetarium shows, telescope observation stations, astronomy trivia, an astrophotography exhibition of stunning outer space photos shot from the UAE, and an astrophotography booth for attendees to photograph and print their own high-resolution photos of the moon. Other key elements include food trucks, ambient musical performances, games and other self-led activities.
